Back from the shaky south. Earthquake missed me by 24hrs,

too close for comfort

Still dealing with repercussions from swearing at the boss

Mediation on the 10th so still not sure I can commit to this ride (I might have to go back to work and that will wreck my life style completely)
Will know by the 11th hopefully, hope thats not to short notice

Still getting paid at present

Not very much though, Cant see unemployment in my near future (I have been wrong before). Company had a system, I followed it, Company didn't. Brought it to peoples attention many times, Boss didn't do anything about it, Swore at him

Port Charles is part of the normal sunday morning ride.

okies change of plan then....we do that part on sunday... what else is worth a looky up that way,,, not Thomson track eather...

2 of us looking to travel the motu on way up and stay some where up coro friday night..

Cary, the kids and I will be out at fletchers on friday . That's a cool place to stay.

Depending on the weather/work I might also be there on the friday evening.

On that note, I am new to the coromandel, can anyone recommend the best way to get to up to fletchers bay?

thats going to be a long day in the saddle..

be good to ride up with the other on the sat morn.. or you coming out then back up..

what else is planed for the sunday.. was looking to look up some of the east side friday, never been up there before. incase we have to bail late morn sunday for work on monday...

I'll be staying at the camp on sat morning while Cary rides down to meet up with the others from what I understand. He'd probably enjoy some company

Really only one way if you want to get there quickish, head to Coro town then keep the water on your left and stop when the road does and your there

(follow signposts to Colville then Port Jackson will get you there)

Yep thats the plan think i left about 8 last time to make it back to Kopu by 10. Use the trip down to clear the gravel.......

p.s. Not that I don't want company but if some do make it up Fri and don't want to do the return trip Sat morning the kayak and rod will be there if you wanna catch us some fish for dinner......... (or like me, attempt it!)
