Hey Topo, how much are those geared motors and where do you get them?

Or, is the pulley just glued on and easy to remove?

    I've had an idea...

Available from Jaycar from memory (abt $35 i think), the pulley is a hand press fit with a dab of epoxy for peice of mind. The pulley could probably be removed with a gentle tap with a punch on the shaft with the pulley in a vice.

    What you thinking?

The muffler's got a unique sound on the roota I'll get i sorted tomorrow tho

Thinking MD style. Mounted on a thin plate from the inside, sticking through the side, capped cylinder of alloy over the top. Mount it the same dist above the pully centerline as you've got it below it.

Or to start with, something more my style. Bit of pushbike tube under it and strap it down with a couple of zip ties...

    Less room taken up inside.

    Define unique

The epoxy had got right down the keyway, the length (and more) of the pulley.

    Bashplate de-bashing time...

    Take one NordieBro'd bashplate...

    And apply a rubber mallet...

    Bling! Shine!

New (yes, new) zip ties on the back and it's as good as new.

Oops. I'd better do up the front bolt before I forget!

The exchange rate wasn't as good as I'd hoped.

I've now got 2 spare bullet connectors in my wiring loom that I'm not sure I had before?

I'm thinking for my riding, some YSS PD valves or Emulators or Intiminators would be best and easiest...

Leaning toward Intiminators as being more suited for adventuring...

May need a chat with Mr Ricor.

I will swap you an intiminatored klr front end for your good USD front end. Deal of the century.

    Done!

Unless you mean the really good USD front end and not just the good USD front end...

I'd actually be happy swapping a pair of 41mm Intiminators for the KX front end

Just had a nice little package arrive from Torpedo7.
    A bearing removal kit.

Who would have thought bearings could be fun to remove?
