Actually V rods aint so bad on gravel bro...seems it must be tar seal they cant stick to....... cold tyres maybe?

I was riding with a 'rod through the rapa when our back road turned into a 12 km long gravel track, it was utter shyte on my super duke (simply way too much grunt at the back) but his v-rod handled it with ease!

Prick let me know it too......
    Just ride.

IMO there is nothing wrong (unusual compared to the norm) about that section of road.

This is an embarrassment for all bikers and completely justifies the Govt's increase of our ACC levies. A totally indefensible instance of gross rider error on a dead straight section of road. Thanks guys. Way to represent.

Why can't people learn to ride safely before riding on the road. Group rides should be banned (at least for fair weather posers).

Please do us all a favour and contribute to motorcycle safety by selling your bikes.

And yes. The video music was gay. But then it was a chopper ride.

And whats the bet it has been scheduled for resealing this summer, and was dialled into budgets, about 3 years ago, because thats about how long it takes to plan such work. But, if it is sealed this summer, whats the bet that some bruised ego rider who just happened to fall off on it this year, and complain, will claim credit for having it resealed.

Cant believe that this threads is still going at 19 pages. These people just need accept personal responsibilty for their own choices, and fuckups and move on. Period.

Then there'll be some one on here going on about falling off on loose chip with new seal that wasn't signposted or swept

    There were choppers?

Can't imagine your average chopper rider making a habit of falling off like that. They generally don't want to scratch them.

Yep, didn't see anything wrong with it the other day when we went through, mind you it was a bit of a blur.
