Here is what I did with the worm drive cover. It's cheaper than buying something new to cover it.

It took me a few days to get the courage to cut into it but eventually I pulled out the old steak knife and hacked away

    There is this one http://www.zero-limits.co.uk/product/32399/suzuki

I've got a few parts from these guys and it is good quality.
Also you won't need the billet sprocket cover

    Thumbs up New Rotors on

So as you know the brakes are really average on the TL s.

today I have got some sintered pads and some new rotors on and the difference is brilliant. The old rotors that were on there were cast and needed to be super hot to work. They also rusted in the wet.

I have now got some decent stopping power again.

Next is a look at the front suspension. New oil is first.

They shouldn't of needed to be superhot, that sounds more like a pad/rotor material mismatch, cast was always considered superior to stainless as a braking material and Brembo still do a lot of cast discs

Hmm that is interesting kic. I wonder what pads would have been good for them, cause the difference is night and day. I'm happy to have the stainless on with the sintered pads.

I found the stock discs were great with HH sintered pads , I went to 6 pots and wavy discs just for the looks
