For what it is worth I have been running a CBR600 front wheel on the rear of my bucket for a couple years now, I have been running it direct drive without any rubber bushes and it has been great with no problems with chain damage etc. If anything I like the feel direct connection with the rear when getting on the gas out of corners.
Nice machine work, looks factory!
I was meaning the the Allen head poking out of the sprocket but i now guess they are just sitting there.
For a minute i thought you were going to use them to locate the sprocket inside the bushes (by the head) if that makes sense to you.
but i gather you are going to locate it the traditional RS way as Bert said with the three fingered bearing carrier to sandwich the sprocket.
I made a bit of a mistake with my choice of CBR400 NC23 wheel (Front for Rear)as the disk mounting holes are 2 mm smaller than most Honda's and there is piss all support around the disk mounting to make them bigger.
I hoping the theory the brakes probably have more hp than the engine anyway so it should hopefully still be up to it.
not only that the NF4 frame doesn't love the 3.5 rear as much as i would like it too.
oh yes it does look nice.

Kinky is using a feather. Perverted is using the whole chicken
Did that motor start out as an X4, or a GT?
I'm guessing when you mean it has a smaller screw pattern you mean that it has M6 threads as opposed to M8?
If that's the case you will have absolutely no problem what so ever as mine is the same. The force required to break the clamping force between the wheel and the sprocket carrier will be heaps. And even if it did the 6 x M6 cap screws will hold it easily
I have chucked some horrible home grown bits together to get it running. I have zero experience with two strokes, and no idea how to make pipes.
I'm waiting till someone with a clue sees what I'm running (if I ever get the heap of shit to a track), and take pity on me.
