I don't get it....
I'm trying...
No, sorry.
The mods sound sensible but it can't be finished though?
If it fell on either side you'd be spending$$ to fix it and even worse pushing home...possibly with your nuts in a sling after catching them on any of those corners!
Just not getting it - am I wrong?![]()
Well, it does make a standard GS look handsome. That's as kind as I can be.

Come on guys play nicely each to there own at least the weight of the fuel has been moved lower which would make a big difference to handling 20-25 Kgs plus the weight of a steel tank. Don't think I could live with that oil cooler there and the pipes hanging out the side. probably should of got a couple of small oil coolers off a R series. But 5K ????????????????????????? Good luck with that.

Oh, I thought that's what I had said, or at least, I meant to say that.
If the fuel had been under seat on mine, I might not have stalled it yesterday and dropped it 2 metres after take off. I have to do a 90 degree turn virtually immediately and I usually do it feet up. Anyway, I couldn't hold it, somehow pulled a muscle and ended up rolling on the ground. Luckily, nobody saw it, but some people heard it. So maybe light is better.
That Husqvarna is starting to look good, I gave it a thorough test ride on that parking lot and liked it.
