You mean 50% of the land value to people who have been told the government wants to take the land they hold title to.

...sadly, its the ONLY time I have ever experienced a positive outcome when dealing with a lawyer!

The legal system in this country is defined by money and who you know...it has nothing to do with "justice"
Hence when some incompetent sleaze bag, who has done nothing but fail & fuck up a simple day case!, hands me a bill for 5 fucking grand!!...I prefer not to rely on the NZ "justice system" to sort the issue out for me.(All I did was take some mates with me to see if he would sign a form waving his fee's due to gross incompetence...not my fault they where huge & ugly!, and the guy certainly didn't hesitate in signing to acknowledge said complaints & mutually agreed remedy)
