I think you need to attend a few more CMCRR meetings, where you barely notice some bloke thrashing an Egli Vincent anymore.

Cartwheel it at 100mph? Having a refilling accident and set it on fire? Use your imagination...

So? How many of those parts won an IOM TT? Because without that novelty it's hardly worth anything.

No, he can't. He can make you a mighty fine replica I'm sure, but if it hasn't got the heritage, then (compared to what that same money could buy you) all you have is an ugly, slow, out of date piece of crap.
I forgot that that bike had never been crashed, or had any parts replaced.

The point is, you could race that bike for another 30 years and it wont be worth any less.

I dare you to ring ken and ask how much a new complete bike will cost.

I can tell you the one that Cam Donald rides apparently cost the owners aprox 11 times what my fairly sorted pre '82 GSX1100 racer that Jay won Wanganui & Paeroa on cost me.
Its pretty simple, this Mac is worth at least the asking price.

ken is currently rebuilting the freeth bike that was stolen and chopped up, he is repairing the frame and swingarm so they will still be the same parts as was ridden by roger

btw a frame kit( frame, swingarm, bodywork, triple clamps and rearsets no wheels, suspension or brakes etc) is available new from ken for 20k NZ

In other words, the cheapest part of the build is 20k.
P.S Ozman, does the GS motor still have the twin plug head on it?

I put a bread roll down there and get it nice and warm plus it is tasty with all the bacon fat.

Egli Vincent Vs CBX 1000 round HD, that would be worth watching.

With Ken fixing up old Jappers does that mean they will let them in the CMCRR clubhouse anytime soon, I rather watch them than some of

those old pre war bikes zzzzzzzzzzz

$9k seems to be not bad buying to me. And that is the one (in either that colour or the red) to have.

some cool shit being sold in Straya: this is about my speed i reckon:

Your not painting a good picture of fun in Hamilton.
