    Thanks guys.
Some of the issue is my phone micro not liking the noise.
Its a bit deeper with the db killer out also.

Got the speedo and wheel sensor mounted up. I guess I am supposed to Glue the magnets into the hex holes. That will mean waiting until after wheels are powder coated. I guess I will need sort that out this weekend.

Glueing the magnet in to the hex hole is about the only solution I could come up with too I also thought about drilling/tapping a new hole and screwing in a hex head just for the magnet. There is a bit of room behind the disc if it needed a thin nut for extra security. I've seen a bracket bolted to a disc bolt but it looked somewhat "agricultural"
I'm glad your one sounds whiney too, I thought it might've just been mine
I may stay home this weekend and do some more to mine.... but then again ...

I might drill a hole in the hex head on both sides like you would for a lock wire. Then put a split pin through it and set the magnet into chemset. The split pin will stop it working its way out again.

I took the wheels off today and will take them to the powder coaters tomorrow.

Going for a Saturn gloss black.

Made my own bead breaker as the bike shop was closed when finished work.

    Nice simple bead breaker.

That's no way to treat a drill bit though!
