Ditto. And I've just washed the car, but failed to mow the lawns. Can't fail to piss down.

    Finally...

... someone's applying technology to one half of the cause of the fuckingrediculous price of housing in NZ.

Now, we just need someone to arsehole the local authorities from the trough and halve the cost of sections.

...this will not do...Carter Holt Harvey, Fletchers and JK's other mates will lose far too much...watch his attempts be scuttled by bureaucracy...

It better bloody work...out here on the flat land Neil, it's farkin dry...My own reason to be happy is sheer luck.
Came out of the workshop mid afternoon, howling bloody Nor'wester, noisy as fuck. happened to notice a decent sized branch resting against our main power line...I'd never heard a thing. Ran for the chainsaw and dropped it off the line. If it had broken the line I'm bloody sure I'd have had a good fire and I frankly have no idea how the local brigade would have stopped it inside the township.
And the quack asked me if there was any reason for my blood pressure to be up....I just said, situational stress, mate.....

All those jokes about others living on a fault line in a tropical paradise with a mild maritime climate. insert gloating here.

Aye, the commerce commission has always seemed not only toothless but bloody short sighted.

But I suspect that if it meant a drop in NZ house prices JK would cheerfully see CHH et al sink with all hands.

Ha, maybe so. Mild maritime climate is pushing it, does that mean living in warm water ? I've been there remember...

According to the weatherman on tv this morning, southland is expecting 500 mtrs of snow. No work for me today then.

mild refers to the average amendable temperatures that generally don't get to below freezing and rarely get above 30......

The ferkin Hog - Out is over for another year. The band didn't keep me awake this year, no fires broke out, AFAIK no virgins of the district were ravaged.
Apparently the marquee was blown away though so they got their moneys worth of excitement...

What did surprise me was the apparently high number of Harley owners who are church goers - at least half left at the crack of bloody dawn on Sunday AM. Riding noisily - but slowly - past my gate. Bloody convention of air compressors.

We are a couple of months behind, season wise this year. But since I moved the hives further north this year, not far from harvesting myself.
