What also concerns me is he says the car doesn't start properly.
Maybe clueless is selling a number of vehicles and didn't bother to proof read add.

I thought elections were decided by angry posts on social media. - F5 Dave
That hasn't run since the 90s at best.
On behalf always sounds like Plausible Deniability . That said I've almost been roped into doing it.
People seem to have a fluffy connection with reality and remember to when they used to own a going bike. Less the when it broke down, they tried to take a few things off. Lost those. Moved twice. Left it outside that one time (for a decade) then it lived piled under debris at the parents place until they died and now the brother is left selling it having looked up CB750 other sales trademe.
Stop me when I get a detail wrong.

Stop me, oh, stop me
Stop me if you think that you've heard this one before
Stop me, oh, stop me
Stop me if you think that you've heard this one before
Nothing's changed
I still love you, oh, I still love you
Only slightly, only slightly less than I used to, my love
I was delayed, I was way-laid
An emergency stop
I smelt the last ten seconds of life
I crashed down on the crossbar
And the pain was enough to make a shy, bald, Buddhist reflect
And plan a mass murder
Who said I'd lied to her?
Oh, who said I'd lied because I never? I never
Who said I'd lied because I never?
I was detained, I was restrained
And broke my spleen and broke my knee
And then he really laced into me
Friday night in-out patients
Who said I'd lied to her?
Oh, who said I'd lied? Because I never, I never
Who said I'd lied? Because I never
And so I drank one
It became four
And when I fell on the floor
I drank more
Stop me, oh, stop me
Stop me if you think that you've heard this one before.
So yeah. Bike probably hasn't run since that was released.

So do a lot of old farts who used to buy these things for a few hundred dollars and still expect to be able to, the worlds moved on, you buy at that price if you really want one or you may wait a long time for another one depending on how common they are or next time you look the price is even higher
Difficult to know what an asking price might be. I've never heard of another one.

Ahh look here is my pet peev multiple bikes. But unlike the others he does say he will do a deal so message him, ok he will separate and I see he has the best one separated in another listing so this isn't an insane market strategy.

The reason I highlighted this, apart from who would buy 10 grand of these, is. . .
Why did he?
I mean he's realised that he is was a Gunna, and he's never Gunna get aroundtoit.
But how long has he tied up good money and stored these? What did he intend for them. Was he going to invite friends around to get drunk and play moto ball in a wet paddock?
Why did he keep going? I mean it's not like these things have been easy to obtain since the 80s.

And why is this thing worth 8 grand?

I mean that coin will buy a nice dirtbike. Like a modern one that is 400kg lighter. These are sturdy dependable robust. All things you say about a bike when trying to avoid the direct comparison to bikes better at actually riding in the dirt. Not registered so can't claim any benefit there and sludge oil from a decade ago could plug up oil ways when you recommission it.

the works bike of that era where 4's the customer racer were based on the cb77 and CB72 but they were whilst based on the cb72 and 77 weree DOHC 4 valves a cylinder CR72 and CR77 like the scaled-up version of the Cr110 and CR93's. i think they semi supported some on the twins.
the 125 and the 50 were available in road-going trim models.
Honda did some rsc parts but most were pops Yoshi.
