You're being very economical with the truth there Tony and there was no suggestion made in that pm at all that you are not welcome on this site

Nothing to do with not having the "balls" I sent Tony the pm and explained why and it isn't up for public discussion

His trackdays were run independantly of his former status as a moderator so there is no reason they shouldn't continue

    Smod Term of Office.........

Frosty stick around and continue your track days and your help with riders out there that need your help.
It has nothing to do with that and he is quite welcome to continue to offer his help here and use the site to run his track days

So answer this Question for all to understand .The site is about people bikers particulary ,who are the ones .....making the decision to get rid of Moderators and be honest with your answer Kickaha.
Sounds to me like someone got screwed over or put in a corner that they didnt really wanted to be put in.

The senior moderators,Myself and Cajun get the final call, Joni is able to make a recommendation, but myself and Cajun can do it without her approval

KB has been a big part of my life for several years.
It has been made clear to me by the person responsible by PM and by e mail that reasoned discussion is not an option and I am no longer welcolm on this site.
Due to the fact it contravenes the rules of the site I cannot post the discussions on a public forum
Im genuinely sorry folks and again the decision wasn't mine but was made for me
I have never found anything you have said misleading or spitefull. Ever. You are a good bastard. And in the face of KB one of the few good cunts who are only selfishly preoccupied in the result of others... how dare you!!!

I'm sorry to hear it but I'm not at all surprised. Welcome to the (large, and growing all the time) club.

The Heaven Born have their own agenda, and anyone who doesn't toe their party line will be removed .

Power corrupts, and the lust for power is the greatest corruption of all

The mantra of the Heaven Born is "Fit in or Fuck Off". Mr Frosty is the latest who didn't fit in and was therefore officially fucked off.

    Agreed.

This website is, from what I understand, the property of SpankMe and is not a democracy. It certainly isn't a club either from my observations - it is a website forum for bikers. It has rules and regulations and the Mods have to manage that as best they can.

I think some "members" forget their place in telling the mods what they should or should not be doing. Recommendations yes, but rude remarks and dribbly negative posts are just childish and pathetic.

So, would you really expect that you would kick someone in the teeth, make it plain to them that the presence is unwelcome on the site, and then expect them to enthisiastically contribute to it? You must know some real hard core masochists.

Oh please... Real life is way more complicated...

Tony has done me a few good turns and Joni and Kick have enjoyed our hospitality as well and are the real deal good people. Spank has opened his wallet and his heart - I wish I could fill half his undies.

In my life, I've been denighed 3 times before the cock crows and woken up in hospital when I thought my bros had my back..... Fuck them...

There'll be a lot of background nastiness going on as well.

People suck, life sucks, shit happens.

It's not worth getting your knickers in a twist about who is or isn't a mod on an Internet forum.

Nor is there anything to be gained in pinning your own sense of self worth on a medium that for all intents and purposes has absolutely no value to 90% of the people using it. The motto of the forum dweller seems to be, "It's only the Internet you sook".

Stop slowing down to look at the accident and move on, you skulking rubberneckers.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Yes. I've seen such PMs . "We hate your guts and we'd be over the moon if you pissed off completely and we're sure you'd be much happier on another site, and anything you DO post we'll infract to high heaven until we do manage to force you out. But , of course , you're still welcome on the site. ". Yeah, right.

has nothing to do with that and he is quite welcome to continue to offer his help here and use the site to run his track days
What sort of derogatory crap is that ? "His" trackdays ? Who in hell thinks that Mr Frosty runs them for his own benefit?

The track days are something that he's has put an enormous amount of his own time and money into solely for the benefit of New Zealand bikers. He gets nothing whatsoever himself out of them

I've never seen ANYTHING that the Heaven Born do to contribute to New Zealand biking. They are totally uninterested in helping novice riders. They certainly are not the people who put their hand up to help when someone's broken down or crashed . When bikers are stepping up to the plate to defend biking against the onslaughts of the bureaucrats they are conspicuously absent. So it's a bit rich for those who have done nothing for NZ biking to slag off someone who has over and over done his share and a good sight more.

To be fair Ixion... I didn't read that into it at all - I think you're over-reacting.

    Now that I agree with.

    General comment.

I also hasten to add that I'm not too keen on the us vs the Mod thing that's nicely developed over time. If you don't like it don't sign on. All online communities (all communities for that matter) evolve over time, the old hands want it the way it was, new blood looks at the way it was just as we look and laugh at how our parents danced.

This place is was it is... not what it was, not what it will be.

No biggy... and as I say... if it's not fun to be here, people are always ready to leave.

    Sing along anyone?
