Congrats on getting your full. But, like illicit relations, it's more fun when there is somehting a little wrong with what you're doing... Is the thrill going to be gone now you're legal???![]()
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.
As for the perfect woman, I keep asking, but she's too smart to say yes to a numpty like me...![]()

Speaking of respect, I haven't been out for too many rides, but was taking the back way from Whitby to Johnsonville, and I got a nod of respect(well - I think it was) from a fellow biker on a large sports bike heading north. and I am only on a 250.
I tried to return the favour... but being a learner (you know - too slow and all that).
I think it comes down to how mean you look to non-bikers, or how "try hard" you look to other bikers. I mean, a black helmet and one badly dilated pupil and blood shot eyes might help my case
Dave.
I was test-riding scooters today and got carved up constantly. There's no doubt about it - people react differently to you if you're on a little bike and/or one perceived to be 'weaker' than them. (The scoots weren't 50cc by the way and I was both keeping pace with the traffic and holding my place on the road.)
There is no such thing as bad weather; only inappropriate clothing!
