Its pretty bad alright. If anyone started a low price aftermarket and custom parts store here in nz, they would get heaps of support!

    Who does import Yoshi exhausts?
    Wouldn't mind pricing up a 4 into 1 system.

There's a x(?)racer down south somewhere that imports 'em; i'll do a search in a mo, he also does tuning and performance bits.

I don't think other than that anyone in NZ actually imports 'em or is an authorised dealer; I priced up at AmPs and Colemans. I think any of teh shops can order you one in from Ozzie if you're prepared to go without vaseline

The guys who work in the stores are better equipped to tell you why they hike their prices up higher than a hookers skirt on Fri night. But it is a bloody pity they are so expensive. If they lower prices, they are going to get more retail.

Yoshimura is reputably expensive. So is that NZ$550 bucks or US$? If NZ you got a good deal there boomer. I saw a Yoshi cannister for my Blade on eBay the other day but overcame the temptation to buy.

Nah my current pipe is stock for the 954, but IMO it is quite stylish and made of titanium so it's as light as. Don't think i'll change it for now.

    Enjoy the Yoshi! [smilie=9,10,17]

Well, 7:30 monday morning i get a ring on the doorbell; she'd turned up; well packaged and looking nice and shiney; accompanied by fitting instructions. 3 hours later shes in and on; only snag was a cross thread on the U-bracket holding the slip-on on, from the original pipe and a couple of screws left over.. i'll be buggered if i can see where they've come from...

A trip to Amps gets me a replacement U bracket - thanks Greg! u da man All i need now is a fender eliminator to get rid of the spade at the rear and we're away; She's sounding nice too, no longer sounds like a sewing machine and i'm pretty sure i can feel the xtra horses, specially as i pull away

So i'm a happy man, well i was until Qkchk thought it amusing to see a Honda with a Yoshi on it and i had the privilage of riding 2 v-twins back to back!!!

Top Stuff and a good price too, even managed to save myself teh 2-3hours labour for fitting... *proud of myself*

OK guys, set up a business, rent premises, employ staff, try to get a return on your investment, try to earn more than you would working for a boss, import the gear, pay freight, etc, etc, etc.
    Good luck.

Why? when you can buy from E-Bay

I know you guys do a great job and no disrespect Lou but the consumer comes first in my book, a 300% mark up ontop of the product markup is a tad fekin steep in anyones language
