    Thanx for all your comments peeps - I am as excited as an excited thing and REALLY impatient to get this tie rod milled out a bit so that I can RIIIIIIIIDE it properly (well the riding is actually not an issue - but the periodic stops tend to get me EVERY time ....

    Still - if it takes too long, it won't be the first time I have had people hold the bike up for me so I can take off and then have them catch me (and the bike!!) at the other end ...)

    He he he - I was thinking people would be so busy looking at the stunning centre piece they wouldn't notice!!

    Yes well, there was mention of getting it up the stairs to the bedroom but I decided against it as I am going to be pretty risk averse for a wee while ha ha ha

    I did however have the foresight to ensure that I was insured for track days should I want to take it out

    SIDENOTE: Little plug here for kiwibike insurance who have provided awesome cover with very little in the way of excess. Fantastic premiums $$ as well , outperforming all other companies that I tried
