    Wink Fireball is fresh meat!

hey err im fresh meat when it comes to KB but have been on a bike since i owned my first lil bike the fantastic Suzuki DS80, nowdays im seen racing around the north shore on my embarssement the FXR150 but beggers cant be choosers looking for a new bike but being 5ft and not much else makes it harder to find the perfect plaything.
apart from that there is not much else really good to be here i guess

Heya Fireball .. welcome aboard .... I loved my FXR ... they are great .. and you being slightly smaller should be able to get better speed than I did There are a few smaller riders here who can provide advice around higher cc bikes .. I am sure they will let you know who they are.

great bikes those fxr150s. You will find that CBR250 are much lower than fxr150 though. I remember having to tiptoe on my fxr150 but on the cbr250 89 that I had, I could put my feet flat down.

    Welcome!
I have deep pockets. It's just that it's a deep empty pocket...........

    Welcome to the nuthouse fireball
Always good to have another gal on board. There are plenty of us hobbits around, do a search for lowering bikes or bikes for shorty's threads & some more of us will be revealed along with some tips.
I ride a Moto Guzzi V11 Sport & a lowered DR650SE so don't let your height put you off totally what you like cause when there's a will there is a way. There is always a big bonus of having a light nimble bike though so don't be embarrassed with the wheels you have.

    Welcome to the nuthouse mate
Doesnt matter what you ride, or the size.

Right, now I've done the decent thing and said that, heres one of the local customs to help you fit in better:

Your bike is the absolute, no questions, best in the whole world, every other brand/model etc is shit and only the very worst homosexual/deviant/scum/low class folks/racial slurs etc would be seen on one.

Oh, and keep one eye closed in all discussion, and you'll be right as rain

    hey mate...have fun and welcome

as mentioned above, you might find CBRs a good option if you're on the shorter side of things - i know a tiny fella in aucks who rides a CBR400RR - he's done a fair bit of touring on it too.....

You've come to the right place to find the perfect play thing.

A Cagiva Raptor of course. Italian built with good suspension, Brembo brakes, a low seat and a Suzuki SV650 engine, what more could you want?
