Had a look & looks good (apart from the hand guards- easily fixed with a can of matt black spray)

Pretty realistic start price & would be very interested in it as well as the locally listed KDX250 to start a collection of bikes I'll never get time to ride

    Lotto this weekend again...

Lets all ask silly questions like "Does it run ok when the cylinders are covered in water?"

So that's 2 G/Ses on TradeMe at the moment. The other (blue) looks like the same one sold at the beginning of this year. Not sure whether to believe the mileage on that one.

I stopped riding it long enough to wash it. Actually I think it's still quite dirty, you can't see all the little nooks and crannies on the video.

Umm, haven't thought about the pd seals since actually, I've been too busy with other stuff. They do need doing but I don't have a torque wrench and haven't had the time.

I have a couple of torque wrenches you can borrow when you are ready..

Wondered why the R100RS wouldn't turn over. I appear to have boiled the battery. Might have overcharged a bit last time (forgot to turn the big charger off). Oh well, the batteries only 6.5 yrs old.....

    More for sale.

They are really coming out of the woodwork now.

R80GS Basic, late model airhead and uncommon. Same as Kokopelli's. This would be a good one to get if you are in the market for one. The later running gear but a revvier motor than the 100 and lighter.

    And a project R100GS

what does the stamping as "basic" mean in real-world terms?
