If the Gret Valley that you are talking about is the one near Scargill on SH1 between Waipara and Cheviot then do it - that is the most beutiful awesome country. It's actually not that far from places. Cheviot is a major centre and Waipara is just down the road. Both are closer to Greta Valley than Nasty and I are from Wellington city where we go to work each day. I know which commute I'd rather be doing!

This is a great opportunity for an adventure Mark. Adventures are cool. At your age you can have adventures as things like relationships, kids and houses are the things that make it hard to do. There's no better time in your life to do this. Auckland isn't that far away when you can get $59 fares on grabaseat.

I honestly think that you will really enjoy it and the lifestyle is something half the world is trying to get into NZ to enjoy.
