The KBers who work for Vodafone have been good to me in the past - when I was having DSL issues.

All these telcos and their processes can lead to Gubb's frustration levels.
Telecom haven't got a phone number listed on their paperwork.

'Gubbstration' as I shall henceforth refer to telco induced anxiety.
