Wgtn Feb 25 ride to Manfield.

Thought I would get the ball rolling.

This of course is for the trackday up at Manfield. I believe the registration/sign-in is from 8am-9am. I would say that a reasonable allowance for transit time is 2 hours (a bit generous maybe).

    So how about:
    Pauahatanui Servo 6:45am sharp departure.

Start point open for discussion but we shouldnt be much later than this I reckon.

I reckon that you should come up early and take your bike out to the track.....Im gonna, im a bit nervous about it but I figure that it'll be an excellent confidence booster, no cages in your way and no "bad patches" on the road to worry about!

I'm coming tomorrow, but not on Saturday.

I really want to. The more I thought about it the more excited I got.

But I can't go. My partner would kill me for two reasons:
    1. Her parents are up from down south for her cousins wedding.
    2. We don't have the money.

Tomorrow is a kind of conselation(sp?) prize. "You don't get to go on the track, but you can go for a ride tomorrow instead."

    Yay!! (sarcasm)

Me and the missus (didn't know she wanted to come til last night?!!) Will be leaving in the Hilux at about 8am. So if there is anybody who might need assistance along the I'll stop and help out wherever possible. Str8 Jacket has my cell number or you can PM me if you'd like it.
The travel route will be straight SH1 and then ???

Arrgh dude that sucks! But good on ya for being a good boyfriend, however you need to do what makes you happy as well! Good to see that you'll be there tomorrow, if you change your mind about Manfield you'll have another 150 to ride with.....

I'll probably be dropping by to watch as my bike is broke, any specific place that you guys will be hanging around? I haven't met any of you face to face yet so let me know where you'll be so i won't haave to go around asking all the bikers who they are.

Tell her you don't want to be there on Saturday as her dad propositioned you last time and you're really uncomfortable around him because you're not like that. That'll work.
