The high rise set up does look rather spiffing. Thought about it for my bike actually.

Honestly, it's the best sounding bike... evar!

My mate aptly described it as a elephant with diarrhoea shitting into a drainpipe amplified x10

No, it probably wouldn't. It would have been nice if previous owner/s had left it for you though.

I don't have a great pic (of the muffler, great pics otherwise!) but the previous owner of my bike did a great job of raising it and puting a cycleworks can on it. ('21 Mufflers are quite low standard)

No idea - but I have been very tempted in the past - and even more tempted now that I have a spare VFR solely for the racetrack...

Dunno either but if you like the look of them and they turn out too louad you could always make (or get someone to make) a removable baffle.

Take a good look at it and nut it out.
You shuld be able to work it out by looking at it and where it should be.
A vice will help alot, just use somthing softer on the jaws so it doesn't mark your part.
A big crescent is also useful in this, you can use both ends too.

bending that frame is pretty much a fact of life for NC30 owners, and like everything else on the NC30 it can take half a day to complete a releatively simple task....

pick the "good" side and match the other side up to that, so that the wingmirrors look even. if you go bending the frame without the wingmirrors you have no reference and may find they don't fit back in afterwards
