Welcome to the ATNR. If you care to look at this post (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showpost.php?p=704996&postcount=1)hopefully all your answers will be answered. Dont worry about being on a 250, I have quite a few riders on the ride who are in the same shoes. As long as you can do 100kph you will be sweet. :yes:

We have a VTR250, CBR250, NSR250, ZXR250, Hornet250 and even a Virago 250 that are frequently on the ride, so if you can ride with a couple of R1's you'll be A.O.K! If ya old man and bro want to come they are welcome to check the ride out.

At least we have not had many binns recently, I think people are starting to take the pre-ride breifings onboard more now. Reducing the speed has helped alot too. Ive said it once and I will say it again:

"Who needs to go fast on the straights (and get busted) when its more fun to do legal speeds in a corner?"

No not that im aware of. There was talk of riding through to hells pizza as a bit of a remeberance ride, there was also talk of doing this in conjunction with the south Auckland ride but Im not sure what happened to any of these ideas.

I do know that I will be at shell Westgate tomorow at about 6.45pm, unless I hear something different

LOL... no secrets. Jetlag combined with 3 young kids at home means I don't know what day it is.

The combined rides idea sounds reasonable and makes sense but you'd need to take it up with those that organise 'em. Those I know there is a monthy Mentors ride being set up that'll clash on one Wednesday a month though.
