I have a suggestion for the first FNR, the predictable but also very good and classic ride of V. Hill and back through Halcome.
Just a suggestion, build up the anticipation and so forth...

the Scales icon at the top right of each post, you can positively or negatively rep someone
however if you want to red rep someone generally bear in mind the person receiving could give it back in spades.
importantly rep is not to be used abuse members and is moderated upon
Rep gains points that do not actually mean anything however you can read about rep & other stuff under site rules :)
Edit:as per banditriders link above

And the fact Cowboyz hasn't killed his after the km he's done says shitloads for reliability.

Rubbish it's the mentality that Triumph make good bikes:2guns:and the combo of coffees with said owners.3 cylinders in bike is like 5 cylinders in a car, either way 1 to many or 1 to less.
Still a bugger to have to wait, and with summer hopefully arriving soon.Stupid phrases about health being everything doesn't help at times.

I have now recognised the fact that when other helmets and gloves start to go on and engines start then it is my cue to stop talking shit and do the same :p
I second the idea of a special FNR! It'll be damn good to see you back on the steed!!! Maybe we won't stop for a latte tho!

The servo will be open and have 3000L of 96 tomorrow night. So make sure you get in before the big tourers fill up
Then will be closed for 5-6 weeks starting sunday and will reopen with 96 on every pump (yay!)

All this talk of demerits got me thinking(yeah, yeah)I knew I had dropped 20 and had 20 left, knew ticket was got around October.Turns out they go on 4th October, back to zilch touch wood. That 2 years just flies(tui anyone)even with only 40 it only took another less than 20km(both were for +14km over)to get to 60 or more points.Having said that the radar detector in the car has worked a few times, mostly in 50 and 70km zones.

Made up for it this arvo when at first it was pouring down (Palmie to Bulls) and then after a mocha with one of the Harley Fatpack the sun did shine and the 3V's did beckon:ride:
Had my first tank slapper ( I hope my last) on the turn onto Turakina Valley Road, too fast and not respecting white lines and water enough. Tightened my gluteals, kept the power on as I have been advised and did a little praying
All good :sunny:
Turakina Valley, Fordell Valley and Vinegar hill 90 minutes of heaven and dry roads. Very few slips or nasty surprises. Highly recommend for a good group of twisties with minimal gravel. Only met a little shower as I got to Palmie
Hope all who ride tonight have a fun time :2thumbsup

Me and Maria both rode to work, so by the time we get home we would have had enough fun in the rain I think. We'll just have to entertain ourselves with who can do the longest powerslide under the flyover bridge near Massey and the best front wheel lockup on the white arrows at the lights down Fitzherbert. I'm sure Pulga, the dog, will love that on the back of her bike!

Isn't Monie a tease? Running a bit late last night ran into Monie with her little gaggle heading into town to catch up with SS. I ended up being delegated as run lead on Ronda. (Well sort of ordered by Monie :bash: ;) Apart from some rather LARGE rain drops up C Hill way, and me having fogged up glasses with double vision, all was good. A small ride but it was nice to be out again.
Phone line has been sorted at last too, faulty cabling at the exhange. Seems a lot quicker also.

Just depends on the weather mate, as you can imagine most people are interested in going out in the rain when it's just a social ride (there's always the odd exception though) but if it's fine there well could be hoards of riders there..
