The easiest way to do this on your phone is to upload the pic to www.flickr.com and then copy the link from flickr into the KB message.

My BB struggles with it too.
Get the pop-up window, find the file on the phone, it will appear in the pop-up window, push "upload" only to have it say "no file attached".
Highlight the attached file (nothing else), push "upload" again and then again for a second time and for some reason it seems to upload.
And not being a 3G model it takes bloody ages to go through all the windows.

Coming along the coast between Pukerua Bay and Paekakariki there was just this wall of drizzle and fog hiding Paraparaumu.

That means the road and powerlines run from East to West if the pic was taken this afternoon. That must remove 50% of the possible roads.
LH side of the pic is the beach end although the way the trees are growing this would suggest otherwise. Could put this down to a windgust.
Am I over analysing the pic?

agree with all you said Cloggy,but the exif data said it was 20 minutes from paekak so i was looking in raumati but its pretty tough picking the playgrounds,makes a slow search.

A complaint to the police about his erratic driving may be a good start. Tit for Tat and all that. The six other bikers that witnessed it could help :blip::whistle:

I can't see how the police can do this from a single complaint. I would ensure that you admit to nothing. Deny everything and request proof of offence and of other witnesses. The word of one person is not enough.
Ensure you include how he was intimidating you whilst driving up your tail end and using a cell phone (illegally). How you felt unsafe and concerned about your safety had you pulled over and stopped.

A simple statement of denial is all that is required.

Due process requires that they prove the offences. You do not have to prove innocence.

Make sure you get legal advise. There are some requirements you can put back on them to make them provide info etc in advance of the hearing.

In common language. Tell them nothing. Make them do the work.

we went there indepenendtly to the same spot,if you look at the pic carefully you will see the bushes and fence are the same.You can look at google street view and duplicate the view.The bigger bush obscures the large house just down the road. I can also tell you the exact wording on the sign visisble down the rad whci is opposite a gate to a house with a ____ roof.We cant control the weather.What do you want us to do?

i do or if it is too far to the right(and it is always the right) .But i have never said its not good enough for the tag.In my mind if a third party can see that it is the same spot then thats tagged.The only judge in this game is the tag placer.I have made calls in the past about rule interpretation but thats all.And hey....its a GAME!

I couldn't believe he beat me from Kapiti for a tag that was 2k from my front door. It was actually a tag that I had placed and he got. Someone else placed the same tag and before I could go get it, Sketchy 'claimed' it using his previous pic. He did admit to it 3 mins later, but he got me hook, line and sinker.

Ah ... that must be your old bike. Otherwise, it would appear they issued you a licence label that had already expired, which would be decidedly odd. And now I look carefully, it seems your new one doesn't have the stick-on mirror (yet).

Edit: Carjam (which still shows the old bike, I think) suggests that you had only re-registered it for 3 months - I don't think I was aware that was possible.

correct Richard. With all of the ACC crap going on, I only took 3 month and was then going to get the year. 3 month is the shortest time you can reg the bike for.
New one has a different screen. It's a black touring screen rather than the clear bubble that was on the original.
