Incorrect. I have never refused to go get a tag. I have chosen not to go get them. I have never refused....
Refusal:
a negative response
to reject something
lack of agreement to perform a particular course of action
And to your response. If someone is going to misinform involving me, I have the right to respond. It was also tongue in cheek between Spacemonkey and myself.
So I don't give a damm about your opinion as it's irrelevant.

No update on the scumbags, :Police: tell me they had a sighting in Mana Monday night but 'enquiries continuing".
The body is a lot of aches and pains but the swelling in the leg and left hand are subsiding, is OK if I move real slow.

Insurance advise that if a liable driver info is supplied and confirmed I may get my excess refunded, otherwise hope for reparation, but given the sort of toe rag he obviously is that might be a long time coming.
My insurance policy (Swann) says "give us the correct registration number of the other vehicle or information we need to positively identify the driver". My interpretation would be that the rego number is sufficient as it says "or". The insurance company then has the job of recovering it from the scumbag !!
Hopefully your policy is similar so you aren't out of pocket for the excess.

OB6056 Mazda 323
This is the offending vehicle from my off. Registered owner was not the driver.
Police advise me the suspected driver is known to them and following forensic examination of the vehicle and a search warrant for cell phone records they are continuing enquiries to locate him. Vehicle is un-registered and un-wof'd, and the driver is disqualified.

I have located it, looks like KL took his time or did a stop or two on the way (i do not see a fuel can in the Marine Parade photo).

You are right, I did stop on the way home an buy this fuel can. I had overlooked that some of you guys used the times between pictures to get a clue about it's location.
For those of you playing at home on SV, the tag is visible on SV, but it is partially obscured

i actually didnt mind my enforced train usage, but i was dropped off and picked up each end,it was more of a pain when i had to rely on combination of bus and train

The train itself is acceptable when it runs, the nuisance factor is the 20 minute walk at each end and a timetable that doesn't quite fit the work schedule.
An 8 hour afternoon shift turns into a 13 hour day.

Bing Lucas Drive. Down a private access road.
SV reports it as 102 but from memory the actual street number was 160.
Lucky I didn't have Mr Woofy as I am sure the guard dog would have eaten him alive
