Those things already are public conveniences,.. 'parking' I ride a cruiser what can I say I'm differently abled.
We are all differently abled. Hope your feet didn't get too wet outside St B's Paramata this morning. Reckon I was dragging the sump through the water in the right lane and with there being a sewage pumping station over the fence the bike will be getting a special clean this week.

Lovely sunset but too wet this morning. Thought sunset were meant to be shepards or sailors delight or something.

Was blocked in the left lane inside a B train :eek5: so found out that
a) Boulevards make a nice bow wave
b) My boots don't leak.
otherwise was a lovely ride to work. :scooter:

:eek5: hope that B-train didn't put up too much spray then, although with exiting the left lane traffic was almost stopped at that point. Didn't see you in flight this morning but was quite a good ride, traffic a vehicle or two lighter than usual.

A wider search has id'd the target but is a bit far north for me. Maybe this should have been in a different Tag-o-rama game. Just a newbie here, but is there a border between the two games?

The overlap seems to go from Porirua to north of Waikanae, as shown by the map linked off the first post, and as the Kapiti game tends to be played in the mid-southern reaches of its area there is plenty of scope for double ups. The Wellington game has tended to steer clear of the Kapiti Coast. These comments only relate to my short experience with both games.

If you look at some of the games where that is the rule, you will see situations where someone claims a tag on a fri then comes up with some reason why they cant put up a new tag till the following mon, resulting in players having no game to play over a fine weekend.
As beemer says, it makes for a quick turnaround and keeps the game humming.
The other positive side is,the quality of the tags stays high, not some make do that was picked up on the way home from the collect.
We have the same ruling in the kapiti game, and with a time limit for the above reasons.
At the end of the day,the welly anfd kapiti games work very very well so obviously its a good move.

Mixed feeling about the use of file pictures. Using them allowed this game to shift from the West Coast to the Hutt without a larger diversion for the tagger. However not using them means that the time and date on the picture, where the tagger is based and where the old tag was can be clues to the location of the new tag meaning these clues themselves help the game move. File tags, if used, have to be recent in themselves or the image could have changed, that said I posted a photo taken the day I got the tag, by the time it was got the next day the background was changed, actually I think that might have been you Devo and the boats  Part of the fun for me is trying to think of a new tag I can create when scoring the existing tag and where I can move the game to, keep or change the theme etc.

File tags, if used, have to be recent in themselves or the image could have changed, that said I posted a photo taken the day I got the tag, by the time it was got the next day the background was changed, actually I think that might have been you Devo and the boats  Part of the fun for me is trying to think of a new tag I can create when scoring the existing tag and where I can move the game to, keep or change the theme etc.
all good points, why we ussually state that it IS a file pic.The main reason file pics came about is this. When the game was in its infancy it was mental. If you did not go straight to the tag and straight home you were ussually beaten. When the game started everyone posted from work or home.Because of the number playin as soon as the tag was got people were askin "where is the new one"...so the use of file pics overcame both problems, and its main feature now is that there is no delay in posting the new one.Withthe game being more leisuley now i quite often grab a tag on the same trip as getting a tag but i often use a file pic and use the other pic as a file pic later
