the idea of the game is to place tags that people can find...

#2 - Take the tag to a new location(location to remain in "host area"), get the photo and post it here. Give a few hints so the next person can figure out where the tag is located. Try to place the tags in interesting locations, maybe a bit of history that can be found down some nice twisties.

#3 - Tag must be a) findable and b) may be placed on a dirt road if a street bike can make it. Maintained gravel is OK, but make sure to let folks know that gravel is required to get to your tag. We don't want to exclude those who don't like to get dirty.

Good man! Part of my youth. I grew up in Stokes Valley. When I was a young teenager I used to have a paper run up there, and made enough money to buy an IT400 which I used to take up there.

The gate is the start of the ECNZ track (or "greentrack") which goes right around the hills of the entire Hutt Valley Eastern side, from Silverstream through to Wainuiomata. The hours I wasted on dirt bikes up those hills I tell you...

Ahh, nice clue. I'd figured it was somewhere a little north from there. Hadn't had a good look yet as I spent most of my weekend trundling around the Wairarapa. Still can't quite locate this so may have to go for a looksee. If no one else goes for it this may have to be Anzac day due to failing daylight early-ish nowadays preventing a ride after dinner.
