it wasnt ngaio,wadestown,newlands,khandallah,Brooklyn,and i was certain it was a corrugated iron roof at J ville,but i went there any way and passed Iain going the other way about 200m down from the aHall,he stopped and came back and we team tagged it.I went for a nice wee ride over Ohariu Valley/etc before coming back.(and claimed this (http://www.advrider.com/forums/showpost.php?p=17753280&postcount=2689))
Note i realised the yearly and monthly tag totals dont include team tags....but the overall totals do

Yeah mate wheel bearings went. Thats what was makin the noise.
Then, when Riffer helped me dissemble the front (he has a decent jack) we discovered it has 297mm rotors...meant to be 320mm...without a lot of detail, multiple system failures from warranty arrangment, to parts supplier, and workshop (how could a competent mechanic NOT see that only half the pad was on the disk and the disk was notably smaller... ffs)
So, new rotors. Bearings already sorted thanks to Motomart (and only 40$ to fit them for me!)
Fun fixing your own bike but geez.....I miss riding it!

ok i need a wee hint where i should be concentrating my search...as is mostly the case with me i look at it and it looks familiar,looks like a major road in the background maybe (near)an intersection i cant decide wether the water is a river or the seaside....I have scoured a couple of placed on google maps sat view without success.

Yep it is a major road in the background, major enough to be number 1. The water is neither a river or the seaside, it's official title has it as a stream. And the reason you can't see it on sat view is that a cloud conveniently contributed to obscuring this spot... happy hunting
