The Attorney General and Trump have consistently lied about what the report says. Obviously Trump won't even have read it.

In Volume 1 Mueller says they couldn't establish conspiracy between the Trump camp and the Russian Government. He also says that part of the reason for that was people lying or refusing to answer questions, deleting emails, destroying evidence, etc.

Volume 2 lists eleven instances of obstruction of justice but Mueller says he cannot prosecute because of Justice Dept policy. It is the duty of Congress to initiate impeachment inquiries but for whatever reason Pelosi is reluctant to do so. If the Democrats did go all the way with impeachment it would then go to the Senate where, as things are, Trump would be found innocent of all charges regardless.

For my money the inquiries should be intiated so that the facts are on full display on the news every night and the ignoramuses who parrot "witch hunt" "exonerated" and other bollocks will have their noses repeatedly rubbed in the truth.

Really don't think a second term is coming. I have been living in the Mid South town in a small by USA standards farming community - in theory Trump land. The thing that struck me is how patriotic people are here. Flags everywhere, bumper stickers supporting their sports teams, counties, churches and so on. My business has me visiting the town 6 days a week. You know what I don't see? No Trump stickers, t-shirts or maga hats, nadda. They do not talk about him, and the few that do are embarrassed by him, and feel betrayed. The republicans got a kicking in the mid terms, and the same will happen in the presidential elections. The Trump base is shrinking, but they are such a rowdy bunch, it appears there are more of them than they actually are.

Obstructing Justice
The trail of evidence starts with Trump?s attempt to get Comey to drop an investigation into National Security Advisor, Michael Flynn. When he refused, Trump fired James Comey, the FBI director responsible for overseeing the investigation into Trump?s relationship with Russia during the 2016 election. When the President fires people who are investigating him in an attempt to disrupt that investigation, it?s textbook obstruction.

But he wasn?t done after Comey was gone. Trump made several other attempts to stop the investigation by trying (unsuccessfully) to fire Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who was appointed to oversee the Russia investigation. He has pushed out officials surrounding the investigation and sought to replace them with his loyalists. He has intimidated witnesses, and publicly dangled pardons, likely in an attempt to persuade them to change their testimony.

Among Trump?s most shocking instances of obstruction, he ordered former White House Counsel, Don McGahn, to have Mueller removed. McGahn?s clear recollection was that Trump directed him to tell Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein that conflicts existed and ?Mueller has to go.? McGahn said he responded that he could not make such a call and that the President should instead consult his personal lawyer because it was not a White House issue. Feeling ?trapped? by his role in the White House, McGahn threatened to quit.

In January 2018, a New York Times article broke a story revealing that McGahn threatened to walk after being asked to fire Mueller at which point Trump backed off. Trump complained that McGahn had leaked the article and that it was wrong, yet he decided to resort to his obstructive behavior to address this problem. Trump then ordered McGahn to deny he demanded to have Mueller removed. He asked him to create a false record of their meeting which he would use as evidence to dispute the article. This is what obstruction of justice looks like.

Profiting from the Presidency
Because Trump never divested from his business interests, he violates the Constitution every time the Trump Organization has business dealings with foreign or American government officials.
The Constitution?s Foreign Emoluments Clause prohibits the president from accepting personal benefits from any foreign government or official.
Trump has retained his ownership interests in his family business while he is in office.
Thus, every time a foreign official stays at a Trump hotel, or a foreign government approves a new Trump Organization project, or grants a trademark, Trump is in violation of the Constitution.
For example: shortly after he was sworn into office, the Chinese government
gave preliminary approval to 38 trademarks of Trump?s name. Then, in June, China approved nine Donald Trump trademarks they had previously rejected.
And every time he goes to golf at a Trump property, he funnels taxpayer money into his family business?violating the Domestic Emoluments Clause.

Trump tried to cover up his campaign?s contacts with a Russian national?which, at very least, constituted a violation of federal law.
In the middle of the 2016 election, Trump?s son was invited to meet with a Russian national regarding ?information that would incriminate Hillary and?would be very useful to? Donald Trump
The Russian, Natalia Veselnitskaya, had ties to high-ranking Kremlin officials.
Trump Jr. took the meeting. He said, ?I love it,? when told Veselnitskaya may have had dirt on Clinton. Paul Manafort and Jared Kushner also attended.
Federal law prohibits campaigns from soliciting anything of value from a foreign national.
After journalists broke this story, Trump personally dictated a public statement on behalf of his son that lied about the intended purpose of the meeting.
This relationship between the Trump team and the Russian national raises questions of whether the campaign aided a hostile foreign power?s active operation against the United States.


Advocating Political & Police Violence
Trump has demonstrated a pattern of behavior amounting to advocating violence, undercutting equal protection, and, as a result, failing basic Constitutional duties.
When Trump gave cover to the neo-Nazis who rioted in Charlottesville and murdered a protester, he violated his obligation to protect the citizenry against domestic violence.
When Trump encouraged police officers to rough up people they have under arrest, he violated his obligation to oversee faithful execution of the laws.
When Trump shared anti-Muslim content on Twitter, he violated his obligation to uphold equal protection of the laws.
This represents a pattern of disregard for some of the president?s basic responsibilities as defined by the Constitution.


Abuse of Power
Trump?s pardon of Joe Arpaio violates the Fifth Amendment and harms the guarantee of Constitutional rights.
President Trump?s decision to pardon Joe Arpaio amounted to an abuse of the pardon power that revealed his indifference to individual rights and equal protections.
Joe Arpaio was convicted for contempt of court after ignoring a court order that he stop detaining and searching people based on the color of their skin, which constitutes a violation of their rights.
Pardoning this conviction goes against the Fifth Amendment, which allows the judiciary to issue and enforce injunctions against government officials who flout individual rights.


Engaging in Reckless Conduct
Trump cannot be permitted to recklessly and needlessly endanger millions of Americans with his unstable behavior.
High-ranking administration officials involved in foreign affairs have signaled that Trump does not have the capacity to make informed decisions in the event of a military crisis.
Even worse, his actions could spark a needless confrontation stemming from misunderstanding or miscalculation.
We see this in full effect every time Trump tweets or makes a public statement taunting and threatening the North Korean regime.
The president may be the ?Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States,? but that does not give him the right to behave in reckless or wanton ways that put millions of lives at risk.

Trump?s threats against political opponents are threats against American democracy.
President Trump has repeatedly pressured the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate and prosecute political adversaries like Hillary Clinton.
This is not based in concerns with national security, law enforcement, or any other function of his office?it is an attempted power play, plain and simple.
There?s no question that this constitutes an outrageous and inappropriate abuse of executive branch powers and serves as clear grounds for impeachment.


Attacking the Free Press
Trump?s threats against freedom of the press are also threats against American democracy.
President Trump has repeatedly attacked the concept of an independent press.
He?s called critical coverage ?fake news? and journalists ?the enemy of the American people,? made threats to change libel laws and revoke licenses, and his battles with CNN led him to try to interfere in the AT&T/Time Warner merger.
This demonstrates his unwillingness to respect and uphold the Constitution, and disdain for the crucial foundations to our free society.


Violating Immigrants' Right to Due Process
Trump's policy endangers thousands of immigrant children and families, and defies basic Constitutional values.
Enforcing its new ?zero tolerance? policy, the Trump administration separated as many as 3,000 immigrant children from their parents at the southern border. This policy was meant to deter families from attempting to cross the border.
The children and their families have been held in internment camps and cages with what lawyers call ?inhumane conditions?
Due to negligence, the Trump administration has no plan to reunite all children with their families, even deporting some parents while their children remain detained.


Violating Campaign Finance Laws
Trump committed at least two felonies to illegally cheat his way into office.
Donald Trump knew disclosure of his extramarital affairs with Stephanie Clifford (A.K.A. Stormy Daniels) and Karen McDougal could hurt his chances at winning the 2016 election.
At the direction of Trump, Michael Cohen and American Media, Inc. (AMI), the publisher of the National Enquirer bought the rights to the women?s stories and forced them to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements to prevent them from going public.
Cohen admitted to making illegal, hush-money payments to hide Trump?s affairs in the fall of 2016, just weeks before the election.

I have followed whats gone on around the 16 election and before very closely.

Trump suggests that Sanders run for governor of Arkansas. The current governor doesn't come up for election until 2022.

Sanders hasn't been doing much work; there hasn't been a formal press briefing in over 90 days which is a record. That breaks her previous record, which also broke the previous record which she herself had set.

Interesting timing though. The same day that the White House was told by the ethics lawyers that Kellyanne Conjob had repeatedly breached the Hatch Act and needed to be removed from federal employment.
