My old flatmate was a gunner, he is half deaf..

An air force buddy transfered from the army where he was his sections grenadier, fun for a bit, not really going anywhere for him.

My brother joined as a sparky but got told the next sparky intake wasn't for some time so... He then was a lance jack moves op, he did some pretty sweet stints in places that wont be named, played with the tools of the trade that nz's elite employ.. Got sick of it and decided him and his super should fuck off to aus to get fat and be happy.

One thing I learned from my brief attempt at service, DON'T call your steyr a gun, guns are belt fed, steyrs are rifles.. Also, don't put your hand up for anything even if its a seemingly innocent question, you probably would have just volunteered for something...

And and and if you can, keep your bed pack folded up and pinch some spare linen for your bed, it will save you a precious 20 min or so in the morning..

A motorcyclist has suffered serious injuries after a collision with a train in Feilding, near Palmerston North, this morning.

The accident happened just after 6am and the motorcyclist was taken to Palmerston North hospital, said central police communications team leader Amanda Jensen.

The injuries were serious but not life threatening, she said.

Then today get a ring from the Police as they think it is the same guy that got killed, so I have to go and give a statement after work tomorrow, as they are trying to pieces the bits together.

He shot past a girlfriends house at Warp 9 right before binning it after clipping the median island, laying it down at speed, digging in a peg and barend and cartwheeling over the main roundabout and into the fence... The Red ZX9R or 10R followed him in... literally. The helmetless pillon was lucky in that she was high sided off over the island completey, straight down the road so avoiding most objects.

...then the cop finally caught up.

In the wet and rain, at night, on a clearly unknown to him peice of road (didn't see the roundabout coming up fast), through road works on Milson, with a helmetless 17yr old pillion, on a stolen bike with a ton of power, drunk and f*&k knows what else with 6th gear pinned...

A fail as soon as he got out of bed. He just didnt know it.

go to reschedule and the chick says theres no vacancys till mid january...

now the guys coming in at 7.30 2morrow morning:lol::lol:
